Can vendors respond to reviews?

Public vendor responses to reviews are on our roadmap and coming soon.
When the feature launches, verified vendor accounts will be able to post a single public reply to any review on their listing. All responses will be:
- Clearly labelled as an official vendor response
- Reviewed by our team before publishing
- Limited to one reply per review to keep discussions focused
In the meantime, if a review contains factually incorrect information, please contact us at support@mspvendors.com and our team will investigate.
